We are currently limiting our repair service to warranty service only. For regular non-warranty service and repairs, please contact your dealer or qualified local tech. Larrivée customer service can help if you require assistance. If your RA is in regards to an electronic pickup system or tuners, please contact customer service directly.
Larrivée's limited lifetime warranty is to the original retail purchaser against all materials and workmanship defects. Hardware not manufactured by Larrivée is covered for up to 12 months. Our warranty is non-transferable, meaning the warranty does not cover non-original owners. Only Larrivée can assess for warranty. Third-party warranty assessments carry no weight. Most repairs we receive are due to damage caused by dehydration. Any repairs required due to climate issues, such as dehydration, are not covered under our limited lifetime warranty. Regardless of warranty status, all inbound shipping charges to Larrivée are the responsibility of the customer.
If your repair is limited to a hardware issue such as a tuner/machine head malfunction or electronic pickup issue, please go through customer support directly. Do not use the RA Request.
